Individuals receiving a social scholarship as well as those holding a disability certificate and persons with children under the age of 8 (during the year of implementation of the mobility), meet the criteria outlined in the definition of “participants with fewer opportunities” according to the rules of the Erasmus+ Programme. As such, they are entitled to receive a top-up to their individual support in the amount of EUR 250 per month (for long-term mobilities; a 100 EUR for short-term mobilities). To apply for this top-up, it is necessary to submit a decision confirming the award of the social scholarship or a disability certificate, or a statement confirmed by the child’s birth certificate, to the Erasmus+ Programme Office before the start of the mobility.
