Cz\u0119\u015b\u0107 programu studi\u00f3w, praktyk\u0119 zawodow\u0105 lub fakultatywn\u0105 student mo\u017ce realizowa\u0107 na innej uczelni krajowej lub zagranicznej na podstawie porozumie\u0144 lub program\u00f3w, kt\u00f3rych Uczelnia jest stron\u0105.<\/p><p>2. Kierowanie student\u00f3w Uczelni na studia do innej uczelni i odbywanie tam studi\u00f3w oraz zasady przyjmowania na studia na Uczelni student\u00f3w z innych uczelni reguluj\u0105 odr\u0119bne przepisy<\/p><p>3. Program kszta\u0142cenia w innej uczelni dla studenta, podejmuj\u0105cego studia poza Uczelni\u0105, ustala indywidualnie opiekun wymiany i zatwierdza dziekan. W szczeg\u00f3lno\u015bci program powinien okre\u015bla\u0107 okres studi\u00f3w, na kt\u00f3ry Uczelnia kieruje studenta do uczelni partnerskiej, oraz wykaz przedmiot\u00f3w, kt\u00f3re jest on zobowi\u0105zany tam zaliczy\u0107, i liczb\u0119 punkt\u00f3w ECTS, kt\u00f3re ma uzyska\u0107. <\/p><p>4. Opiekuna wymiany powo\u0142uje dziekan na wniosek kierownika jednostki odpowiedzialnej za kierunek studi\u00f3w.<\/p><p>5. Program kszta\u0142cenia ustalony zgodnie z ust. 3, zapewniaj\u0105cy realizacj\u0119 etapu studi\u00f3w przewidzianego planem na Uniwersytecie, jest traktowany jako r\u00f3wnowa\u017cny i stanowi podstaw\u0119 zaliczenia etapu studi\u00f3w zrealizowanego w innej uczelni. <\/p><p>6. W szczeg\u00f3lnych przypadkach dziekan mo\u017ce na wniosek studenta wyrazi\u0107 zgod\u0119 na cz\u0119\u015bciow\u0105 realizacj\u0119 programu studi\u00f3w na innej uczelni, z kt\u00f3r\u0105 nie zawarto umowy o wymian\u0119 student\u00f3w. Ust\u0119py 2\u20135 stosuje si\u0119 odpowiednio. <\/p><p>Dokumentem, kt\u00f3ry jest elementem niezb\u0119dnym w celu przygotowania wyjazdu do uczelni partnerskiej, a nast\u0119pnie uznania okresu studi\u00f3w zrealizowanego zagranic\u0105, jest Learning Agreement. Nad jego prawid\u0142owym przygotowaniem czuwa Prodziekan ds. kszta\u0142cenia i student\u00f3w oraz odpowiedni Koordynator Kierunku.  <\/p><p>Zainteresowany student pobiera w uczelni przyjmuj\u0105cej list\u0119 przedmiot\u00f3w oferowanych dla student\u00f3w zagranicznych, wybiera kursy, a nast\u0119pnie z list\u0105 wybranych przedmiot\u00f3w udaje si\u0119 do swojego Koordynatora. Ten, po por\u00f3wnaniu z siatk\u0105 zaj\u0119\u0107, kt\u00f3re by\u0142yby w tym samym czasie realizowane na UO, sprawdza czy wybrane przez studenta przedmioty wystarcz\u0105 do zaliczenia przez niego semestru po powrocie ze stypendium. Po ustaleniu listy przedmiot\u00f3w student sporz\u0105dza dokument Learning Agreement (w wersji online lub papierowej), kt\u00f3ry nast\u0119pnie wymaga uzyskania akceptacji Koordynatora Kierunku.   <\/p><p>Dokument Learning Agreement jest tak\u017ce akceptowany przez przedstawicieli uczelni przyjmuj\u0105cej. Gotowy dokument zawiera wobec tego akceptacje 3 stron: studenta, przedstawicieli uczelni macierzystej oraz przedstawicieli uczelni przyjmuj\u0105cej. Ewentualne zmiany do tego dokumentu musz\u0105 by\u0107 przygotowywane w porozumieniu z Koordynatorem Kierunku \u2013 student nie mo\u017ce samodzielnie nanosi\u0107 \u017cadnych zmian do tego dokumentu.  <\/p><p>Na Uniwersytecie Opolskim stosujemy zasad\u0119 pe\u0142nej ekwiwalencji zalicze\u0144 i egzamin\u00f3w uzyskanych podczas pobytu w uczelni partnerskiej w ramach programu Erasmus. Student, kt\u00f3ry uzyska\u0142 podczas pobytu w czasie jednego semestru 30 pkt ECTS zgodnych z danymi zawartymi w Learning Agreement uzyskuje zaliczenie semestru (istniej\u0105 ewentualne odst\u0119pstwa od tej zasady np. na\u0142o\u017cenie obowi\u0105zku zaliczenia przedmiotu\/\u00f3w po powrocie w przypadku gdy na Uczelni Partnerskiej nie uda\u0142o si\u0119 zrealizowa\u0107 odpowiednika jakiego\u015b przedmiotu z siatki). <\/p><p>Student, kt\u00f3ry w uczelni partnerskiej zrealizuje zapisy Learning Agreement, w celu uzyskania zalicze\u0144 musi przywie\u017a\u0107 dokument Transcript of Records, w kt\u00f3rym zawarte zostan\u0105 informacje o zaliczeniach, ocenach oraz liczbie zdobytych zagranic\u0105 punkt\u00f3w ECTS.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div id=\"e-n-tab-content-2186194482\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"e-n-tab-title-2186194482\" data-tab-index=\"2\" style=\"--n-tabs-title-order: 2;\" class=\" elementor-element elementor-element-ec20d63 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"ec20d63\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;jet_parallax_layout_list&quot;:[]}\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3b10676 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"3b10676\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;jet_parallax_layout_list&quot;:[]}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f7b748a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f7b748a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"main-content\"><article id=\"post-19076\" class=\"post-19076 page type-page status-publish hentry\"><div class=\"entry-content\"><div class=\"et-l et-l--post\"><div class=\"et_builder_inner_content et_pb_gutters3\"><div class=\"et_pb_section et_pb_section_4 et_section_regular\"><div class=\"et_pb_row et_pb_row_1\"><div class=\"et_pb_column et_pb_column_4_4 et_pb_column_1 et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough et-last-child\"><div class=\"et_pb_module et_pb_tabs et_pb_tabs_1 et_slide_transition_to_1\"><div class=\"et_pb_all_tabs\"><div class=\"et_pb_tab et_pb_tab_3 clearfix et-pb-active-slide\"><div class=\"et_pb_tab_content\"><p>The system of getting a credit for a term after coming back from a mobility are stated in <strong>\u00a7 28<\/strong> of the new studies statue, that will run from <strong>the<sup> <\/sup>October 1 2013:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Based on agreements or programs that involve the university, a student is able to accomplish a part of study program, work practice or elective internship on a different domestic or foreign university.<\/li><li>Rearranging students o the university to study on another university and rules of accepting students from other universities are regulated by separate<\/li><li>Education program on another university for a student who starts to study out of the university is established individually by mobility coordinator and agreed on by dean. The education program should include the period of study and a list of courses which the student needs to pass, as well as the number of ECTS points needed to get. <\/li><li>Mobility coordinator is constituted by dean, requested by executive of department responsible for the study course.<\/li><li>Education program stated according to 3, providing accomplishment of a study period provised by the schedule is treated as equivalent and is a base for getting a credit on a stage of studying passed on another university.<\/li><li>In certain cases requested by certain students dean can allow a student to partly accomplish education program on another university, which has not signed a contract of students exchange. Section 2-5 is applied <\/li><\/ol><p>A document that is essential to prepare a mobility to a partner university and later getting a credit for studying abroad is Learning Agreement. Associate dean to matters of education and students as well as program coordinator are responsible to watch over the process of creating the Learning Agreement. <\/p><p>A student needs to get a list of courses offered by the receiving institution, choose courses and consult chosen courses with coordinator. The coordinator compares chosen courses with those on UO to make sure they meet the requirements needed to pass the term after coming back from mobility. After consultation a student needs to prepare Learning Agreement (online or paper version), which needs to be accepted by program coordinator.  <\/p><p>Learning Agreement must be accepted by the representatives of the receiving university. The document needs to be accepted: by a student, by the home university and by representatives of the receiving institute. Any changes within the document must be made in consultation of program coordinator- a student cannot make any changes by themselves.  <\/p><p>At the University of Opole a rule of full equivalent of credits and examinations gotten during the mobility within Erasmus+ program is applied. A student who got 30 ECTS points during one semester of the mobility according to Learning Agreement gets the credit.
