The Erasmus + Office recruits and calculates the available funds.<\/p><p>4. <strong>You are waiting for an e-mail from the Erasmus + Office regarding the recruitment results, <\/strong>which will include all the details regarding the implementation of the mobility.<\/p><p><strong>5. At least one month before the planned departure, you prepare the necessary documents:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>LEARNING AGREEMENT<\/li><li>INSURANCE (HEALTH, ACCIDENT AND PRIVATE LIABILITY)<\/li><li>FOUR REQUIRED STATEMENTS<\/li><\/ul><p>6. You draw up (with the help of the<b> Program Coordinator<\/b>) the<b> Learning Agreement <\/b>before the mobility, you get all the necessary signatures \u2013 yours, the Program Coordinator, the Erasmus + Office, the host institution.<\/p><p>The internship can be carried out in three different forms.<br \/>When completing the Learning Agreement, you will have to choose which option applies to you:<\/p><ol><li>Internship is an integral part of the education program (compulsory to obtain a qualification (diploma))<\/li><li>The internship is not compulsory for the field of study (volountary internship);<\/li><li>Internship for graduates (the graduate internship must be completed within <u>12 months<\/u> after the defense, which means that it must end on the day before the anniversary of your defense).<\/li><\/ol><p>7. <strong>Start a visa application process<\/strong> <strong>(if needed)<\/strong>. The Erasmus+ Office will prepare and give you an official document confirming your Erasmus+ recruitment that will allow you to obtain a visa. Later, you will also get a grant for your stay.<\/p><p>8. <strong>You provide the Erasmus + Office with a copy of the health, accident and civil liability insurance applicable in your country of mobility for the entire period of your mobility.<\/strong><\/p><p>You also provide us with<b> <\/b><b>a statement on the form of payment of the <\/b><b>scholarship<\/b> (statements with the account number entered <b>without appropriate breaks <\/b>will not be accepted), <b>a statement on the coverage of additional costs, <\/b> <b>a statement on the coverage of additional costs,<\/b> a <b>statement on the completion of the previous semester <\/b>and a statement on previous mobilities),<b><br \/><\/b><\/p><p>9. If, during the mobility under the Erasmus + Program, you will be a student of the year during which you will be w<strong>riting a final thesis<\/strong> (bachelor\u2019s, engineering, master\u2019s), before signing the contract, you will have to provide the office with the <strong>consent of your promoter<\/strong> for the mobility (in the form of e-mail or paper). If you do the internship during the academic year (not during the summer holidays), it will be necessary to obtain the IOS (Dean\u2019s consent for the Individual Organization of Studies).<\/p><p>10. If you receive a <strong>social grant<\/strong>, you have the right to apply for a grant higher<strong> by 250 euro<\/strong>. To obtain the right to travel with an increased scholarship, you will need a copy of your current decision on granting a social grant or a copy of your disability certificate.<\/p><p>11. You sign the financial agreement with the University of Opole \u2013<strong> about 2 weeks before departure.<\/strong> You deliver to the Erasmus + Office all the necessary documents listed above.<br \/>Signing the contract is a condition for going to an internship under the Erasmus + Program and receiving a scholarship. It is best to confirm the time and day of arrival to sign the contract by phone \u2013 thanks to this, your case will be handled more efficiently and without unnecessary waiting.<\/p><p>12. After signing the contract, the Erasmus+ Office will order the payment of your first grant installment. Before the return to Poland you get:<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\">\u2022 <strong>The third part of the LEARNING AGREEMENT &#8220;After the Mobility&#8221;,<\/strong> which confirms the programme and duration of your internship. The &#8220;After the Mobility&#8221; section of the Learning Agreement must be signed by your internship supervisor at the host institution.
