(USOSweb) is a student management information system supporting the service process of studies. The system serves students by providing information on UO faculties, fields of study and specialities, curricula, classes, staff & students database, assessments & credits, timetables, class & subject enrollments, seminars, registration rules, financial payments, surveys, deadlines, and other information that applies directly to students. <\/p>\n

How to log in to the USOSweb?<\/p>\n

Once our university registers the students they will receive their personal student\u2019s number. The message with their student number will be sent to their e-mail address indicated in the IRK online registration system (https:\/\/rekrutacja.uni.opole.pl\/<\/a>). <\/p>\n

An identifier card which is designed to uniquely recognise students across institutions and countries throughout their study period abroad. If all the courses students have chosen in their Learning Agreement (Before the Mobility) are listed in their account in the USOS system, they are required to attend these courses according to the schedule. They do not need to modify their program or complete the Learning Agreement document (During the Mobility). However, if the courses listed in the system do not match the student\u2019s Learning Agreement, they must prepare the second part of the Learning Agreement called \u201cDuring the Mobility\u201d (Changes). <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

When are students allowed to make changes?<\/p>\n

    \n
  • If the courses they selected in their Learning Agreement (Before the Mobility) are not available (i.e., the subject is not visible in their USOS account).<\/li>\n
  • If there is a conflict in the timetable between two or more courses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    We ask students to prepare a paper version of the Learning Agreement (During the Mobility) document. Once students complete the document, they should visit our office to check if it has been prepared properly, or they can send it to us by email for review. <\/p>\n

    If everything is correct, the Erasmus+ office will assist students in obtaining the signature of our departmental coordinator at the University of Opole. After receiving their signature, students should send their Learning Agreement (During the Mobility) to their home university for approval. We need a scanned copy of the Learning Agreement (Changes) signed by the Coordinator at the Home University. Based on this document, we will attach the correct courses to their USOSweb account. <\/p>\n

    (We offer assistance in scanning the document and sending it to their Home University.)<\/p>\n

    How to prepare for the changes?<\/p>\n

    In exceptional changes to Table A, students should list the components to be deleted from our university (mark them with a cross as \u201cdeleted\u201d) and the components to be added (mark them with a cross as \u201cadded\u201d). IMPORTANT! Please ensure the correct codes and ECTS credits are included, as this is extremely important. <\/p>\n
