St. Anne Hill Day Trip – Event Summary
We invite all international students to join a one-day trip to Góra Świętej Anny on Saturday, May 30, 2026.
The group will depart from the University in the morning (around 9:00–10:00 AM) and travel by bus to the village of Żyrowa. The first stop will be Żyrowa Palace, followed by a scenic forest hike toward the amphitheatre on St. Anne Hill. Along the route, participants will also see the ruins of a historic manor farm.
The hike takes approximately 3 hours. After reaching the amphitheatre, there will be around 3 hours of free time for relaxation, photos, and a picnic. The amphitheatre at Góra Świętej Anny is a unique historical site built in a former quarry. It is one of the largest open-air amphitheatres in Poland and is known for its impressive stone structure and cultural significance, often hosting events and performances.
Return transport will be provided by bus.
Participation is free of charge; however, attendees are asked to bring their own food and drinks.
