Recruitment for students of Joint-Program and Trinational Master Program degrees

Recruitment is open only to students enrolled in programmes that include a compulsory study mobility abroad at a specifically designated host university in the summer semester of the 2026/2027 academic year (e.g. Joint-Program and Trinational Master Program degrees). The recruitment will last from 02.11.2026 to 06.11.2026*.

HOW TO APPLY:

1. Fill in the application form for studies, sign it and deliver the paper or electronic version (scan) of it to your Erasmus + Coordinator during the recruitment (NOTE: recruitment is carried out by the Erasmus + Coordinator, not the Course Coordinator, therefore your application form must be sent to the Erasmus + Coordinator in your Unit).
2. Then your Erasmus + Coordinator will conduct internal recruitment in the unit. They may ask you for additional information such as your average degree from studies,  instruction language level (most often it is English), information on additional activities for the University of Opole, etc.
3. All the applications sent to the Erasmus + Coordinator will be forwarded for approval to the Dean of your Faculty, and then they will be sent to our office along with the nomination list.
4. After calculating the available funds and the number of applications, the Erasmus+ Programme Committee will divide the funds.
5. After that, the Erasmus+ Office will inform you via e-mail about the results of the recruitment
